Umibōzu is where fine dining meets the depths of the sea. This branding project creates a fully immersive restaurant experience inspired by the mysterious ocean spirit of Japanese folklore. From layered menus echoing the ocean’s depth zones to bold, inky coasters and custom stationery, every touchpoint pulls guests deeper into the legend. The rich navy palette, fluid gradients, and surreal sea-life illustrations craft a luxurious yet haunting atmosphere that invites diners to taste the mystery. The overall design fuses elegance with storytelling to bring the deep-sea myth of Umibōzu to life.
